Holidays are happening!

We're having a great holiday time! To kick off Thanksgiving we went to a gingerbread house class!! 

Aurora was excited, but got a little discouraged when the icing was hard to use. 

Once that was worked out she was much happier! 

So we iced the noses of the girls, and made them reindeer! 

The houses turned out super cute!! 

Best friends are hard to find.

So keep them close!

Is it too Early to shop for Christmas?

I don't think so! I have been talking to Aurora about her wish lists! I'm trying to keep this updated as much as possible - she is a very diverse kiddo!

She likes Wolves, Tigers, Snakes, and Dragons. 

She wears size 5/6, and frequently refuses to wear pink, flowers, or 'cute' things. (pajamas are an exception to that rule - they can be any print, but she likes long pants, and sleeves, and fuzzy ones!)

Her shoes must be fast, and should be size 12 or 13. 

She is learning to read, and likes books that she can have success reading alone, like the Dick and Jane repetitive series, BOB books, and other 'sight word' books. 

Her art desk is overflowing from her birthday, paints and markers and crayons galore!

She likes super heroes, especially bat man (and all attempts to sway her towards wonder woman, super girl, and bat girl are thwarted!) She likes the fantastic 4, Marvel heroes, and Justice League.

Board games are appreciated. We don't have Trouble, or Sorry, or Kerplunk.
