Kindergarten must be hard work.

We had a very busy weekend, spending a good five hours In the ER on Sunday. Aurora had a nosebleed that just didn't want to stop.
After 30 minutes I made the decision to go in to the ER. It's a long time for someone's baby to be bleeding! We waited and were seen by a very nice doctor. After seeing the doctor we were told that it needed to be cauterized. That was absolutely no fun.
She seems really good now, no nosebleed sense. Hoping that it stays that way. Today she was back to her normal self: out running and playing and bossing the dogs around.
Kindergarten must be very exhausting though, she has been Falling asleep before I can even get into tell her story sometimes as early as 7:30 PM
Aurora loves her teacher so far this year. We are looking forward to such a good school year and this being the school she'll be in for the next years to come. As we get into a groove Aurora is picking up some more responsibilities about getting her clothes for school days, packing her snack, and even helping to pack her lunch on the days that she Decides she does not want the school one.

Aurora is a very bright child, as we all already know, when we visited our friends she took a spelling test as a part of home work. These words were second grade level words.
She only missed two: List and Win. There are so many things that I would love to brag about Aurora is the light of my life.

  1. I loved hearing about Aurora and how her new school year is going. I always share the pics that Nana sends me with Mia. Mia still talks about the short time that she and Aurora spent together 2 summers ago. Mia is starting 2nd grade now. School starts on 9/10 this year.
